Description
An 11-inch semi-flush ceiling light for bedrooms and hallways, pairing a brushed nickel frame with clear crystal and an off-white fabric drum shade.
The Carlisle semi-flush wraps hanging strands of clear crystal inside a hand-crafted off-white fabric hardback drum shade, with a brushed nickel housing and canopy. The fabric softens the sparkle into something sophisticated rather than flashy - a good fit for rooms that want a little glamour without a full chandelier.
Best for
- Bedrooms and guest rooms with standard 8-9 ft ceilings
- Hallways, foyers, and closets where a flush profile is needed
- Small dining nooks and sitting areas
- Contemporary or transitional interiors with nickel accents
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with shower exposure or outdoor areas - indoor use only
- Large rooms needing a primary light source - two 40W bulbs give moderate output
- Very low ceilings where even a semi-flush hangs too close to head height
How bright is it?
Uses two 40W medium-base bulbs (not included). Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer, but two 40W bulbs provide moderate ambient light suited to a bedroom or hallway rather than a large open room.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on your bulbs. The off-white fabric drum shade diffuses output into a soft, even glow, and the clear crystal adds subtle sparkle. Pair with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer for adjustable evening light.
Sizing and fit
Overall 11.25 in H x 11 in Dia, with a 4.75 in diameter canopy, weighing 20 lbs. The compact 11 in footprint suits hallways and smaller bedrooms; leave at least 7 ft of clearance below the fixture.
