Livex Brookmeade 13in 2-Light ADA Wall Sconce | Modern Brushed Nickel and Urban Gray Fabric | Hallway & Bathroom Vanity | Model 60012-91

A 13-inch two-light ADA-compliant wall sconce with a handcrafted urban gray fabric shade, ideal for hallways and bathroom vanities.

The Brookmeade collection brings a clean, minimalist drum silhouette to transitional and contemporary spaces. The cylindrical hardback shade is handcrafted in urban gray fabric outside and lined in white fabric inside, mounted on a brushed nickel steel frame that projects just under 4 inches from the wall.

Best for

• Hallways and corridors where ADA compliance keeps the fixture within 4 in of the wall
• Bathroom vanities on either side of a mirror, in dry or damp areas
• Bedrooms as a pair of reading sconces beside the bed
• Boutique hotel-style powder rooms and entryways

Not ideal for

• Wet locations such as shower stalls or uncovered outdoor areas - rated dry and damp only
• Large rooms needing primary illumination - two 40W bulbs provide accent light only
• Spaces where the 13 in width would crowd a narrow wall

How bright is it?

Lumen output not specified by manufacturer. Uses two 40W medium-base bulbs (not included), giving accent-level light suitable for hallways and vanity sides, not as a primary room light.

Light color and feel

Light color depends on the bulbs you choose. The urban gray fabric shade with white interior lining softens the output and casts a warm, even glow. Dimmability depends on bulb and switch compatibility.
