Description
A two-light industrial wall sconce in brushed nickel with hand-blown clear glass shades, sized for bathroom vanities and hallway accents.
The Bennington sconce pairs a clean steel backplate with two clear glass cylinders that let the bulbs show through - a look that reads modern farmhouse, industrial, or casual depending on the room. The brushed nickel finish is soft and slightly matte, so it sits comfortably next to chrome faucets and stainless hardware without matching them exactly.
Best for
- Bathrooms with a single or double vanity, mounted above or beside the mirror
- Hallways and stairwells where a compact two-light accent is enough
- Bedrooms used as a reading sconce pair flanking the bed
- Modern farmhouse and industrial interiors with exposed hardware and wood tones
Not ideal for
- Showers or exposed outdoor areas - rated for damp locations, not wet locations
- Rooms where you need a primary light source - two 60W bulbs give accent-level output
- Very small powder rooms if you want a single-shade look
How bright is it?
Takes two 60W medium-base bulbs (A19 or ST19), so brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With standard 60W-equivalent LEDs this is accent and vanity-task light, not a primary room light.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulbs installed - the fixture itself does not set it. Clear glass shades let the bulb shape show, so vintage-style ST19 bulbs give a warmer, more decorative look than standard A19s. Dimmable only if you use dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer.
Sizing and fit
Vertical orientation measures 4.75 in W x 14.25 in H with a 5.5 in extension from the wall; horizontal orientation measures 14.25 in W x 4.75 in H. Backplate is 8 in W x 4.75 in H x 0.75 in deep (or 4.75 in W x 8 in H x 0.75 in deep). Glass shades are 4.75 in dia x 6.375 in H. Weighs 5 lbs. Works well over a vanity mirror or along a hallway wall at eye level.
