How bright is it?
This fixture uses two 12W medium-base LED bulbs (not included) that can produce up to 1200 lumens total when using 60W-equivalent bulbs. It is dimmable with compatible dimmable bulbs, allowing you to adjust the brightness for a relaxing bath or a bright morning routine.
Light color and feel
The clear ribbed glass diffuses light softly, creating a warm, inviting glow. With dimmable bulbs, you can achieve a range of color temperatures from warm white (2700K) to daylight (5000K) depending on the bulbs you choose. The fixture is dimmable with compatible dimmable bulbs.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 7.5 inches in length, 13.75 inches in width, and 9 inches in height, with a 7.5-inch extension from the wall. The backplate is 5 inches wide and 5 inches high. It is suitable for bathrooms with standard 8-foot ceilings and fits well above a 30-48 inch vanity.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
