Description
A compact 8-inch flush mount from Innovations Lighting's Crown Point collection, finished in satin nickel with a seedy glass globe - ideal for hallways, bedrooms, and other spaces with lower ceilings.
This fixture brings an industrial take on modern sophistication, with cylindrical glass set in an updated restoration-style frame. Intricate knurling details on the sockets, canopy, and finials add a vintage touch, while the hand-blown seedy glass diffuses light softly. The satin nickel finish pairs well with both contemporary and traditional interiors.
Best for
- Hallways and corridors with 8-foot ceilings, providing ambient light without taking up visual space
- Bedrooms, as a flush mount above the bed or in a sitting area
- Entryways and foyers, mounted at standard height for a warm welcome
- Dining rooms with lower ceilings, as an alternative to a pendant
- Offices and studies, where a compact fixture keeps the focus on the work surface
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is rated for damp locations, not wet locations
- Outdoor covered patios or porches - damp-rated, but not suitable for wet or exposed areas
- Spaces with sloped ceilings - this flush mount is not sloped ceiling adaptable
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer, but it accepts one 100W incandescent bulb (not included), which typically produces around 1600 lumens - bright enough for ambient lighting in a medium-sized room. For a softer glow, use a lower-wattage LED or a dimmable bulb.
Light color and feel
The seedy glass shade diffuses light, creating a warm, inviting glow. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness to suit your mood. For a warm, cozy feel, choose a bulb with a color temperature of 2700K-3000K.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 8 inches wide by 8 inches deep by 9.5 inches high, making it a compact choice for tight spaces. The canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter, and the fixture weighs 4 lbs. It is designed for flush mounting on standard flat ceilings.
