Description
A two-light wall sconce in polished nickel, sized for bathroom vanities and hallways that need a bright, traditional accent.
The Newport sconce uses two candelabra bulbs on a 14 in wide backplate in polished nickel - a bright, mirror-like finish that suits traditional and transitional bathrooms. At 6.5 in extension, it sits close to the wall, making it a good fit for tighter vanity spaces.
Best for
- Bathrooms with a single or double vanity, mounted beside or above the mirror
- Hallways and stairwells where a pair of sconces frames the space
- Bedrooms as reading sconces beside the bed
- Traditional and transitional interiors with nickel or chrome hardware
Not ideal for
- Covered outdoor areas - no damp or wet rating is specified
- Rooms needing strong task light - two 60W candelabra bulbs give accent-level brightness
- Very wide walls where a 14 in sconce would look small - consider pairing two
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With two 60W candelabra bulbs (not included), expect accent-level brightness - enough for a vanity or hallway, not a primary room light.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulbs you choose. Warm-white candelabra bulbs (2700-3000K) give a soft, flattering tone for bathrooms and hallways. Dimmability depends on the bulbs and dimmer used.
Sizing and fit
14 in wide x 13 in tall, with 6.5 in extension from the wall. Suits vanities 36-60 in wide and hallways with standard 8-9 ft ceilings. Confirm mounting height relative to your mirror before ordering.
