Description
A two-light double swing arm wall lamp in satin nickel, made for bedsides and reading areas that need light from two directions.
The Double Wall Swing mounts on a wide 18-inch backplate and carries two independently adjustable arms, each with its own shade. The satin nickel finish is clean and modern-traditional, working with both painted and wood interiors. Each socket has its own switch, so two people can read at different brightness levels.
Best for
- Primary bedrooms with a king or queen bed, mounted above the headboard for shared reading light
- Living room seating pairs where two readers share a wall
- Home offices and study walls needing two focused task lights
- Guest rooms where a single wall lamp serves the whole bed
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - no damp or wet location rating is stated for this fixture
- Narrow wall spaces - the 18-inch backplate needs a wide, clear mounting area
- Rooms that need a primary ceiling light - this is a task and accent fixture
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you install. It takes two 100W 3-way incandescent bulbs (not included); lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With both lit it delivers strong task light for reading, and the 3-way sockets let you step brightness down.
Light color and feel
Color temperature follows your bulb choice - warm white bulbs give a soft, golden reading glow. The 6.5 x 12 x 7 in shades direct light downward and outward for focused pools rather than room-filling light.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 14 in wide x 14 in deep x 22 in high, with a 19-inch arm extension and a 4.125 x 18 in backplate. The wide backplate and 14 lb weight mean solid wall mounting is important. It suits standard 8-9 ft ceilings and larger bedrooms or living rooms.
