How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so it provides no illumination. It is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that offers 1600 lumens and CCT Select technology.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight, with a high CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering. The light is dimmable for adjustable ambiance.
Sizing and fit
With an 84-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 84 x 84 x 15.96 inches, this fan is best suited for large rooms. It comes with an 8-inch downrod and can be installed on flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
