A damp-rated 84-inch smart ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit, finished in brushed nickel with natural composite blades—ideal for covered patios and large living spaces.
The Wrap Custom with Light Kit combines a sculptural, twisted-blade design with the convenience of built-in lighting. The integrated 18-watt LED module offers CCT Select technology, letting you switch between warm white, bright white, or daylight (3000K/4000K/5000K) to match the mood. Powered by a quiet DC motor that moves up to 11,206 CFM, this fan keeps large rooms and covered outdoor areas comfortable year-round.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED light kit produces 1600 lumens—comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb—enough to illuminate a large living area or covered patio. It's dimmable via the remote or app.
Light color and feel
CCT Select technology offers three color temperatures: 3000K warm white (soft, golden), 4000K bright white (neutral, crisp), and 5000K daylight (cool, energizing). With a 90 CRI, colors render accurately, making it suitable for art or task areas.

Is the bulb included? Yes, the integrated 18W LED module is included and not replaceable.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The light is dimmable via the included TR305 remote or the fanSync app. The fan speed is also controlled through these, not a wall dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, this fan is damp-rated, making it suitable for bathrooms, covered patios, porches, and sunrooms. It should not be directly exposed to rain or water.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
