Damp-rated and Energy Star certified, this fan is powered by a high-efficiency DC motor, ensuring powerful air circulation in both indoor and covered outdoor spaces. This version does not include a light kit, offering a clean, minimalist profile ideal for areas where overhead lighting is not needed. It includes three sleek blades, a remote control, and FanSync app compatibility, allowing users to operate the fan via smart device or voice control.

It comes with an 8-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height. The canopy is 6.14 inches in diameter, and the housing is 8.88 inches in diameter.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
