How bright is it?

Is the bulb included? Yes, the integrated 18W LED module is included and cannot be replaced separately.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, the light is dimmable. Use the included TR305 remote or the FanSync app to adjust brightness; no wall dimmer is required.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, this fan is damp-rated, so it can be installed in bathrooms, covered patios, and other humid locations. It should not be directly exposed to rain or water.

What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser, covering the motor and other components.

How does the CCT Select technology work? The CCT Select feature lets you choose between three color temperatures (3000K, 4000K, 5000K) using the remote or app, so you can adjust the light from warm to cool depending on your preference.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
