How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED module produces 1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb. That's plenty for ambient lighting in a large room, though you may want additional task lighting for reading or detailed work.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. The opal frosted shade diffuses light softly, and the 90 CRI rating means colors appear vivid and accurate. The light is dimmable, so you can adjust brightness to suit the mood.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 64-inch blade sweep and measures 64 inches wide by 64 inches deep by 16.55 inches high from ceiling to bottom of the light kit. It comes with an 8-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the ideal 7-9 ft hanging height. Designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 27 degrees).

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, the light is dimmable. Use the included TR305 remote or the fanSync app to adjust brightness; no wall dimmer is required.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is damp-rated, so it's safe for covered outdoor areas and bathrooms with high humidity, but it should not be directly exposed to rain or water.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
