How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is compatible with an optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that provides 1600 lumens.

Light color and feel

Not applicable for this model without a light kit. If you add the optional light kit, it offers CCT Select technology with 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) options.

Sizing and fit

The fan measures 60 inches in blade sweep and 60 inches wide by 60 inches deep by 12.46 inches high from ceiling to bottom. It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height. Designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, it is damp-rated for covered outdoor spaces, bathrooms, and laundry rooms, but should not be directly exposed to rain or water.
