How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so it provides no illumination. It is designed for spaces with separate overhead lighting.

Sizing and fit
The fan measures 60 inches in diameter and hangs 12.46 inches from the ceiling (without a light kit). It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod and fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
