How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit, so there is no built-in brightness. It is compatible with Fanimation's integrated 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately), which provides 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb - with selectable color temperatures.

Light color and feel

If you add the optional LED light kit, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight, letting you match the light to the room's mood. The kit has a CRI of 90, so colors appear vivid and accurate. The light is dimmable and can be adjusted with the included remote or the fanSync app.

Sizing and fit

This 44-inch fan fits rooms up to about 144 square feet. It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod and can be installed on flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 foot hanging height. The fan measures 44 inches wide, 44 inches deep, and 12.46 inches from ceiling to bottom without a light kit.
