A smart, damp-rated 84-inch ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit, designed for large covered outdoor areas and open indoor living spaces.
This TriAire fan from Fanimation features a brushed nickel motor housing and three dark walnut composite blades, offering a modern aesthetic that complements a variety of decors. The integrated 18-watt LED light kit provides 1600 lumens of warm-to-daylight illumination with CCT Select technology. With Wi-Fi fanSync and the included remote, you have full control over fan speed and lighting from anywhere.

How bright is it?
This fan includes an 18-watt LED light kit that produces 1600 lumens, roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb. This is suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms, but may not be sufficient as the sole light source for very large spaces.
Light color and feel
The light kit features CCT Select technology with three color temperatures: 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), and 5000K (daylight). This allows you to adjust the ambiance from cozy to crisp. The LED is dimmable and has a high CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering.
Sizing and fit
With an 84-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 84 x 84 x 18.12 inches (including the light kit), this fan is designed for large rooms and expansive covered outdoor areas. It comes with an 8-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7–9 ft hanging height. The fan is suitable for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
