The TriAire Custom from Fanimation pairs a sleek, aerodynamic three-blade design with a high-performance DC motor, delivering powerful airflow up to 10,387 CFM. The brushed nickel finish and weathered wood composite blades give it a modern, natural look that suits both contemporary and transitional interiors. With Wi-Fi fanSync, you can control the fan and light via voice or app, and the included remote offers 16 speeds and full light control.

How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED module produces 1600 lumens—comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb—enough to illuminate a large living area or covered patio as the primary light source.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight). The 90 CRI ensures colors appear vivid and accurate. The light is dimmable via the remote or app, letting you set the perfect ambiance.
Sizing and fit
This fan has an 84-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 84 x 84 x 18.12 inches. It comes with an 8-inch downrod and is designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7–9 ft hanging height.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
