The TriAire Custom ceiling fan combines a sleek, aerodynamic three-blade design with a high-performance DC motor, delivering powerful airflow up to 8,666 CFM. The all-brushed-nickel finish gives it a cohesive, modern look that suits contemporary patios, porches, and open-plan living areas. With Wi-Fi fanSync technology, you can control the fan through the fanSync app or voice assistants, and the included handheld remote offers convenient manual control.

How bright is it?
This model does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is compatible with an optional integrated LED light kit (sold separately) if you wish to add lighting later.

Sizing and fit
The fan measures 72 inches in diameter with a height of 16.42 inches from ceiling to bottom. It comes with an 8-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. Designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees, this fan is best suited for rooms with at least 8-foot ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
