How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit; it is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately). Lumen output depends on the light kit chosen—the 18W kit provides 1600 lumens, while the 40W kit provides 3600 lumens.
Light color and feel
When paired with the optional CCT Select light kit, you can choose from color temperatures like 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight). The 90 CRI ensures accurate color rendering, and the light is dimmable for adjustable ambiance.
Sizing and fit
With a 72-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 72 x 72 x 16.42 inches, this fan is best for large rooms. It comes with an 8-inch downrod for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the ideal 7-9 ft hanging height.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
