How bright is it?
The integrated 40-watt LED module produces 3,600 lumens – about as bright as a 250W incandescent bulb, suitable for primary lighting in large rooms. The dimmable light lets you adjust brightness to suit the mood.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K (warm white), 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K (daylight) – from a cozy golden glow to crisp, energizing daylight. The 90 CRI rating ensures colors appear accurate and vibrant, ideal for living areas and kitchens.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 72 inches in blade sweep and 19.69 inches from ceiling to bottom with the light kit. It comes with an 8-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7–9 ft hanging height. Suitable for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
