This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is compatible with an optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) if you need illumination.
Light color and feel
No light included, so color temperature is not applicable. If you add the optional light kit, it offers CCT Select technology with 3000K, 4000K, and 5000K options.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 64 inches in diameter with a height of 16.42 inches from ceiling to bottom. It includes an 8-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. Designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
