The TriAire Custom from Fanimation combines a brushed nickel motor housing with sleek black blades for a modern, understated look. Its high-performance DC motor delivers quiet, efficient airflow, and with Wi-Fi connectivity and voice control, you can manage comfort from anywhere. This version is light-kit compatible, so you can add a light later if needed.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is compatible with an optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that provides up to 1600 lumens.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from 3000K, 4000K, or 5000K color temperatures for a warm to cool ambiance.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 64-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 64"(L) x 64"(W) x 16.42"(H). It comes with an 8-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7–9 ft hanging height. Suitable for ceilings with up to a 27° slope.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
