How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED module produces 1,600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This is bright enough to serve as the primary light source in a medium-sized room, and it's dimmable so you can adjust it to a softer glow for evenings.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. The 90 CRI rating ensures colors appear vivid and natural, making it a great choice for living areas and kitchens. The opal frosted shade diffuses light evenly, reducing glare.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 64 inches in diameter with a height of 18.12 inches from ceiling to bottom when the light kit is installed. It includes an 8-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. Designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
