A Fanimation TriAire Custom ceiling fan motor in brushed nickel, for indoor and outdoor damp locations.
The TriAire Custom by Fanimation fits any style and location. With eight different blade sweeps in multiple finishes, you can create the TriAire Custom that fits your space. This wet rated ceiling fan has a 31 speed DC motor. LED with CCT Select Light kit, blades and motor sold separately. This ceiling fan is wet rated for indoor or outdoor use. It can be controlled using the Fanimation Wi-Fi fanSync application.

How bright is it?
This is a ceiling fan motor only - no light kit is included. If you add the optional LED light kit with CCT Select, brightness will vary by setting.
Light color and feel
No light included. The optional LED light kit offers CCT Select (adjustable color temperature) for warm to cool light.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
