A 60-inch smart ceiling fan without a light kit, designed for covered outdoor and indoor spaces, finished in brushed nickel with dark walnut composite blades.
The TriAire Custom ceiling fan offers a sleek, modern silhouette with three slender dark walnut blades that add warmth to any space. Powered by a quiet DC motor, it delivers efficient airflow up to 6,765 CFM. Control it via the included remote or your smart device with Wi-Fi fanSync. This version is compatible with an optional LED light kit (sold separately) for added versatility.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit. If you need lighting, consider the optional integrated LED light kit (sold separately) with CCT Select technology.

No light included. The optional light kit offers selectable color temperatures from warm white to daylight.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 60 inches in blade sweep and hangs 12.92 inches from the ceiling with the included 4.5-inch downrod. It fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
