A 60-inch smart ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit, designed for covered outdoor and indoor spaces, finished in brushed nickel with dark walnut blades and opal frosted glass.
The TriAire Custom ceiling fan brings a sleek, modern look to any large room. Its three slender dark walnut composite blades and brushed nickel housing create a warm, contemporary aesthetic. The integrated 18-watt LED light with CCT Select technology lets you choose from warm white, bright light, or daylight, all controlled via the included remote or your smart device with Wi-Fi fanSync.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 1,600 lumens - comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms. It is dimmable for adjustable brightness.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can switch between 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), and 5000K (daylight). The 90 CRI ensures accurate color rendering, making it suitable for spaces where true colors matter. The opal frosted shade diffuses light softly.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 60 inches in blade sweep and hangs 14.62 inches from the ceiling with the included 4.5-inch downrod. It fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
