How bright is it?
This fan's integrated LED light kit produces 1600 lumens, comparable to a 100-watt incandescent bulb, making it suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms. It's not designed to be the sole light source for very large spaces but works well for general illumination.
Light color and feel
The CCT Select technology lets you choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) to match your mood and décor. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate, ideal for living areas and kitchens. The light is dimmable, and the included remote allows you to adjust brightness levels.
Sizing and fit
With a 60-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 60 x 60 x 14.62 inches, this fan is best suited for rooms at least 15x15 ft. The included 4.5-inch downrod provides a ceiling-to-bottom height of 14.62 inches with the light kit; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
