A 52-inch damp-rated smart ceiling fan without a light kit, designed for covered outdoor spaces and large indoor rooms.
The TriAire Custom ceiling fan pairs a sleek, modern three-blade design with a high-performance DC motor and integrated Wi-Fi control. Finished entirely in brushed nickel, it brings a cohesive, contemporary look to covered patios, porches, sunrooms, and spacious bedrooms. This version is light-kit compatible, so you can add a light kit later if needed.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on your existing room lighting. It is compatible with an optional integrated LED light kit (sold separately) if you want to add one later.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
