How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED module produces 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This is suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms, but not as a primary task light.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) to match your mood and decor. The 90 CRI ensures colors appear vibrant and accurate. The light is dimmable, and the included remote allows you to adjust brightness and color temperature.

This fan measures 52 inches in diameter and 14.62 inches from ceiling to bottom with the light kit. It is designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 27 degrees) and comes with a 4.5-inch downrod. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
