The TriAire Custom ceiling fan from Fanimation combines modern design with powerful performance. Its three Koa-finished composite blades and brushed nickel housing create a sleek, contemporary look. The DC motor offers 16 speeds and quiet operation, while the integrated LED light kit with CCT Select technology lets you adjust the color temperature. Control is easy via the included remote or the fanSync app with voice assistant compatibility.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 1600 lumens - similar to a 100W incandescent bulb. This is suitable for ambient lighting in a medium room or task lighting over a seating area, and it's dimmable for softer settings.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select, you can choose from 3000K (soft white), 4000K (cool white), or 5000K (daylight). This allows you to tailor the light to your preference. The high CRI of 90 ensures accurate color rendering, making it great for living spaces.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 52-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 52 inches wide by 52 inches deep by 14.62 inches high (with light kit). It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter, and the housing is 7.09 inches. Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
