The TriAire Custom ceiling fan from Fanimation blends modern minimalism with high performance. Its three slender composite blades and brushed nickel motor housing create a clean, contemporary look that suits both indoor and covered outdoor settings. The integrated 18-watt LED light kit with CCT Select technology lets you choose from warm white, bright white, or daylight, while the opal frosted shade diffuses light softly. Controlled via the included handheld remote or the fanSync app with voice assistant compatibility, this fan is as smart as it is stylish.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 1600 lumens - comparable to a 100-watt incandescent bulb - making it suitable for ambient lighting in medium-sized rooms. It is dimmable, allowing you to adjust brightness to suit the mood.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. The warm setting flatters skin tones and wood finishes, while the daylight setting is crisp and energizing. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 44 inches wide by 44 inches deep and hangs 14.62 inches from the ceiling with the included 4.5-inch downrod. It is designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 27 degrees). Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 ft hanging height.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
