The TriAire Custom ceiling fan from Fanimation combines modern design with powerful performance. Its three matte white composite blades and brushed nickel motor housing create a clean, contemporary look. The integrated 12-inch LED light kit delivers a generous 3600 lumens with CCT Select technology, allowing you to choose from five color temperatures from warm white to daylight. The opal frosted shade diffuses light evenly. Controlled via the included handheld remote or the fanSync app with voice assistant compatibility, this fan is a smart addition to any space.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 3600 lumens - comparable to a 250-watt incandescent bulb - making it suitable for primary lighting in medium to large rooms. It is dimmable, allowing you to adjust brightness to suit the mood.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K color temperatures. The warm settings flatter skin tones and wood finishes, while the daylight setting is crisp and energizing. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 44 inches wide by 44 inches deep and hangs 15.93 inches from the ceiling with the included 4.5-inch downrod. It is designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 27 degrees). Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 ft hanging height.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
