Three slender composite blades in black spin on a quiet DC motor that moves up to 5,297 CFM, while the integrated 12-inch LED light kit with CCT Select lets you shift from warm white to daylight. How bright is it?
The integrated LED module delivers 3,600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 250W incandescent bulb. That's bright enough to serve as the primary light in a medium-sized room, though you may want additional task lighting for reading or detailed work.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K (warm white), 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K (daylight). Warm settings flatter wood and neutral palettes; daylight is crisp and energizing. The 90 CRI rating means colors appear vivid and accurate, ideal for art or makeup application. The light is dimmable via the included remote or the fanSync app.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 44 inches wide by 44 inches deep and hangs 15.93 inches from the ceiling with the light kit. It includes a 4.5-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for taller ceilings. Designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
