A 44-inch smart ceiling fan without a light kit, designed for damp locations like covered patios and bathrooms.
The TriAire Custom from Fanimation offers a minimalist, modern look with three slender black composite blades against a brushed nickel motor housing. This fan is perfect for spaces that need reliable airflow without the glare of an integrated light. Powered by a quiet DC motor with 16 speeds, it moves up to 5,103 CFM and is controlled via the included remote or the FanSync app.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on your existing room lighting. It is compatible with an optional LED light kit (sold separately) if you decide to add one later.

Not applicable - no light included. If you add the optional light kit, it offers CCT Select technology with multiple color temperatures.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 44 inches in diameter and hangs 12.92 inches from the ceiling with the included 4.5-inch downrod. It's designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
