A 44-inch smart ceiling fan from Fanimation's TriAire Custom collection, finished in matte white with brushed nickel blades, designed for both indoor and outdoor wet locations.
The TriAire Custom ceiling fan pairs a sleek, modern silhouette with a high-performance DC motor. Its three slender composite blades and matte white housing create a clean, contemporary look that suits patios, pergolas, and living spaces alike. With Wi-Fi enabled fanSync, you can control the fan via the Fanimation app or voice assistants, and the included TR305 remote offers 16 speeds and multiple modes for effortless comfort.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is compatible with an optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that provides up to 1,600 lumens.
Light color and feel
When paired with the optional light kit, you can select from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) to match your mood. The CCT Select technology lets you adjust the color temperature to suit the space.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 44 inches in blade sweep and 12.92 inches from ceiling to bottom (without light kit). It includes a 4.5-inch downrod, with optional downrods up to 72 inches available for higher ceilings. Designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 27°.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
