Is the bulb included? This fan does not include a light kit, so no bulb is included. It is compatible with an optional integrated LED light kit (sold separately).

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan is not dimmable, but the optional light kit is dimmable. Use the included TR305 remote or the FanSync app to control light levels.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, this fan is damp-rated, making it suitable for bathrooms, covered patios, porches, sunrooms, and laundry rooms. It should not be directly exposed to rain or water.

What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser, covering the motor for long-term performance.

How does the reversible motor work? The motor can be reversed via the remote or app to change airflow direction seasonally, helping with heating and cooling efficiency.
