How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. If you add the optional 18-watt LED light kit, it provides up to 1,600 lumens - similar to a 100W incandescent bulb - suitable for ambient lighting.
Light color and feel
When paired with the optional CCT Select light kit, you can choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) to match your space. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vivid and natural.
Sizing and fit
With a 44-inch blade sweep and a 12.92-inch ceiling-to-bottom height, this fan suits rooms up to 144 square feet. The included 4.5-inch downrod works for flat or slightly sloped ceilings; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
