The TriAire Custom from Fanimation offers a sleek, modern design with three black composite blades and a brushed nickel motor housing. The integrated 18-watt LED light kit with opal frosted shade provides soft, adjustable illumination. Powered by a quiet DC motor with 16 speeds, this fan delivers up to 5,103 CFM and is controllable via the included remote or the FanSync app.

How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED module produces 1,600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb. This is sufficient for ambient lighting in medium-sized rooms, but you may want supplemental lighting for task-heavy areas.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. The 90 CRI ensures colors appear vivid and accurate. The light is dimmable, and the included remote or app lets you adjust brightness and color temperature to suit your mood.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 44 inches in diameter and hangs 14.62 inches from the ceiling with the included 4.5-inch downrod. It's designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
