How bright is it?

Is the bulb included? Yes, the integrated LED module is included and cannot be replaced.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, the light is dimmable via the included TR360 remote or the fanSync app. No wall dimmer is needed.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is damp-rated, so it's suitable for bathrooms and covered outdoor areas, but not for direct rain exposure. The marine-grade light kit adds extra durability.

What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser.
