How bright is it?
This light kit outputs 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb - making it bright enough to illuminate a large living area or covered patio. It's ideal as a primary light source for most rooms.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from five color temperatures: 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral), 4000K (cool white), and 5000K (daylight). This lets you shift from a cozy, warm glow to crisp, energizing daylight. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate, perfect for spaces where you want true-to-life lighting.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 72-inch blade sweep and comes with 6-inch and 12-inch downrods, allowing you to adjust the hanging height. The overall height with the light kit ranges from 15.35 to 21.35 inches, depending on the downrod used. It's designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 20 degrees. For optimal airflow, the fan should hang 7 to 9 feet above the floor.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
