How bright is it?
The integrated LED light produces 2000 lumens, comparable to a 150-watt incandescent bulb. This is bright enough to illuminate a large living area or covered patio, and it is dimmable to create the perfect ambiance.

With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral white), 4000K (cool white), or 5000K (daylight). This flexibility lets you shift from cozy, warm light to crisp, bright light to suit any activity. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and true to life.
Sizing and fit

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, the light is dimmable via the included remote or the fanSync app. No wall dimmer is required.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is damp-rated, so it is safe for covered outdoor areas, bathrooms, and laundry rooms, but it should not be directly exposed to rain or water. The light kit is marine-grade and suitable for wet locations.
What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser.
Can I use this on a sloped ceiling? No, this flush mount is designed for flat ceilings only.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
