How bright is it?
This fan is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that delivers 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb - enough to illuminate a large living area or covered patio. The light kit is dimmable for adjustable ambiance.
Light color and feel
With the optional CCT Select light kit, you can choose from five color temperatures: 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral), 4000K (cool white), and 5000K (daylight). This flexibility lets you match the light to the mood, from cozy evenings to bright task lighting. The kit also features a CRI of 90, ensuring colors appear vivid and accurate.
Sizing and fit
This downrod-mount fan measures 96 inches in blade sweep and hangs 19.69 inches from the ceiling with the included 6-inch downrod. It includes both 6-inch and 12-inch downrods, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. For optimal airflow, install in rooms at least 12 x 12 ft with ceilings 8 ft or higher.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
