Inspired by the natural beauty of the Hibiscus flower, the Rio pendant features a large-scale fluted European glass shade with a silver foil interior that casts a warm, sparkling glow. All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
