Description
A bold 8-light chandelier with a brushed gold finish and starburst silhouette, ideal for dining rooms, foyers, and living spaces.
Graceful yet bold, the Alexander chandelier blends modern geometry with timeless sophistication. Sweeping arms radiate outward in a striking starburst silhouette, each supporting a glowing light that feels both sculptural and refined. The brushed gold finish adds warm elegance, making it a captivating focal point above dining tables, kitchen islands, foyers, and living spaces.
Best for
- Dining rooms with 8-10 ft ceilings, centered above the table
- Foyers and entryways with high ceilings
- Living rooms with vaulted or two-story ceilings
- Open-concept kitchens with a large island
Not ideal for
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft - the 31-inch height plus chain may hang too low
- Small spaces where the 40-inch width would overwhelm the room
- Bathrooms or outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. This chandelier uses eight 15W candelabra-base bulbs (not included). With eight 15W LED bulbs, you can expect roughly 1,200-1,600 lumens total - enough for ambient lighting in a dining room, but not as a primary light source for large rooms.
Light color and feel
The candelabra bulbs allow you to set the mood. For dining rooms, we recommend 2700K-3000K warm white bulbs to create an inviting, intimate atmosphere. The brushed gold finish reflects light warmly, enhancing the overall glow.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 40 inches wide x 40 inches deep x 31 inches high. The chandelier comes with a 4-foot chain and 8-foot cord, allowing adjustable hanging height. It is best suited for rooms with ceilings at least 9 feet high to ensure proper clearance above a dining table.
