Description
A single-light semi-flush mount with blown clear tapered glass and a brushed gold frame, made for bedrooms, halls, and entryways.
The Leena semi-flush blends a clean industrial silhouette with an updated, warm finish. Its tapered clear glass shade shows the bulb clearly, so a decorative bulb becomes part of the look. The 14 in width gives it more presence than a typical flush mount while still sitting close to the ceiling.
Best for
- Bedrooms and guest rooms with 8 ft ceilings
- Hallways, landings, and stairwells
- Entryways and foyers that need a low-profile light
- Kitchens and dining nooks where a pendant would hang too low
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
- Sloped ceilings - this model is not rated for them
- Rooms where you want to hide the bulb; the clear glass puts it on display
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. It takes one 60W E26 bulb, roughly the brightness of a standard 60W incandescent - good for accent and ambient light in a small to mid-size room.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulb you choose. Clear glass lets the bulb's true color through, so a 2700K-3000K bulb gives a warm, familiar glow. Dimmable with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.
Sizing and fit
The shade is 14 in wide and 6.25 in tall; overall height is 8.5 in. It sits close to the ceiling, so it works well in rooms with 8 ft ceilings. The 5.25 in backplate fits standard junction boxes.
