How bright is it?
1800 lumens total - roughly equivalent to a 120W incandescent bulb. This provides ample ambient light for a medium-sized room (12x12 ft or similar). It's bright enough to illuminate a dining table or entryway but not overpowering for a covered patio.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent lighting. This color temperature flatters skin tones and warm interiors, creating a cozy, inviting atmosphere. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and accurate, making it suitable for spaces where decor matters.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 12 x 12 x 31.25 inches overall. It includes 60 inches of chain and 72 inches of wire, allowing installation on ceilings up to 10 ft or higher. The canopy is 6 inches square. It can be installed on sloped ceilings up to 90 degrees. For a standard 8-ft ceiling, the pendant will hang approximately 31 inches from the ceiling, leaving about 5 ft of clearance below.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
