How bright is it?
With two 75W medium-base bulbs (not included), the fixture can deliver up to 1100 lumens per bulb (depending on bulb choice) - comparable to a standard 100W incandescent. This provides comfortable ambient light for a covered patio or entryway, but not enough for a large outdoor living area.
Light color and feel
The clear mitered glass allows the bulb's natural color to shine through. For a warm, inviting glow, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The fixture is dimmable if dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer are used.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 12 x 12 x 6 inches. Fits standard 4-inch junction boxes. Ideal for ceilings 7-8 ft high. Not suitable for sloped ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
