Designers Fountain Rey 13in 1-Light Semi Flush Mount | Modern Matte Black and Clear Glass | Bedroom & Hallway Accent Light | Model D308M-SF-MB

A 13-inch semi-flush mount light in matte black with clear blown glass, made for bedrooms, hallways, and entryways that need clean modern accent lighting.

The Rey collection from Designers Fountain pairs a sleek matte black finish with clear blown glass for a look that feels modern and slightly industrial. The semi-flush silhouette sits close to the ceiling, so it works well in rooms where a full pendant would hang too low. Mounting and wiring hardware are included, and the glass shade is easy to keep clean.

Best for

• Bedrooms with standard 8-9 ft ceilings, as a central accent light
• Hallways and foyers where a low-profile ceiling light is needed
• Entryways and mudrooms that need a warm welcome light
• Dining nooks and breakfast areas used for ambient light

Not ideal for

• Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry indoor locations only
• Rooms where you need a very bright primary light - one 60W bulb provides accent-level output
• Sloped ceilings - not rated for sloped ceiling installation

How bright is it?

Uses one 60W E26 bulb (not included). Lumen output depends on the bulb you choose; with a standard 60W-equivalent LED you get roughly 800 lumens, which is accent-level light - good for a hallway or bedroom, not a substitute for a large primary ceiling light.

Light color and feel

Light color depends on the bulb you install. The clear glass shade lets the bulb show through, so a warm 2700K-3000K bulb will feel cozy and traditional, while a 4000K bulb will feel crisper and more modern. Dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer switch and dimmable bulb.

Sizing and fit

Overall 13 in W x 10.25 in H. The 13 in wide shade and 5.5 in backplate suit standard 8-9 ft ceilings in bedrooms, hallways, and entryways. Because it is semi-flush, it sits closer to the ceiling than a pendant and works in rooms where hanging height is limited.
