Description
A black semi-flush mount with circular glass rods, sized for bedrooms, hallways, and living rooms.
The Ava semi-flush mount wraps a sleek black frame in glimmering circular glass rods, giving it a refined, romantic look that still reads modern. It sits close to the ceiling, so it works well in rooms where a full pendant would hang too low.
Best for
- Bedrooms with standard 8-9 ft ceilings where a pendant would hang too low
- Hallways and foyers that need a decorative ceiling light
- Living rooms and dining nooks with a traditional or transitional style
- Sloped ceilings - this fixture is compatible
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
- Large rooms that need a lot of light; one 60W bulb provides ambient, not task, illumination
- Very low ceilings under 8 ft where headroom is already tight
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With one 60W max bulb (not included), it provides soft ambient light suitable for bedrooms, hallways, and smaller living spaces.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulb you choose. The glass rods diffuse the light into a soft, sparkling pattern. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the brightness with a compatible dimmer.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 15.7 in long x 15.7 in wide x 13.8 in high, with a 4.72 in canopy. It mounts close to the ceiling, making it a good choice for rooms with 8-9 ft ceilings. Sloped ceilings are supported, and mounting hardware is included.
