New for 2025 the Forest Pendants are now available with a handsome black braided cord that elevates the aesthetic of the 12” and 24” pendants with finishes of Matte Black, Brushed Nickel, and Modern Gold. These pendants are available as single fixtures and as multiple fixtures on the Z-Lite ceiling pans. The popular 2 light and 3 light wall sconces are now available in Modern Gold also.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
